Plants growing sideways?

Hello

First time using the system, I planted 9 different plants at once. I’m a bit concerned that some (especially the lettuce) is growing outwards rather than upwards? The lettuce looks like it might spread on top of some of the slower growers soon. Should I be worried or does it all look ok?

Looks like a very normal lettuce to me
