I know basil can be harvested once two or three pairs of leaves are present. Does leaf size matter? I have tiny young leaves atop my plant, can I cut the larger, older leaves?

Hi Jeano,
Your basil looks good and is ready to be cut. For more thriving growth pinching off the whole tip is recommended - it will grow two new shoots in a week.
