Lately the LEDs have been dim. I’ve had the unit for less than a year. I have tried unplugging the unit for 10seconds, but that didn’t make a difference. I left it unplugged for a day but that didn’t work either. Possibly a driver issue with the light.

Unplugging is the right thing to do, to try to start the light again and make it bright. As you said it did not work, please submit a ticket here and the support give it a look.
