Hello, I’m having an issue where my Click and Grow stopped automatically turning on the lights. How do I resolve this?

Hi, so sorry to hear that.
Could it be that the cycle of the built in timer is somehow messed up e.g. power went out, or was it unplugged? Every time it is unplugged it will start a new 16on/8off hour cycle.
Unplug it again for 5 minutes and if the lamp still does not work, definitely contact CG support and they will find a solution for you.
