I planted a pot of cilantro, the seeds did not sprout after two - three weeks.
Do I have to start again with a new pot?

Sorry to hear that! Coriander should sprout within three weeks. It seems you had a faulty pod, please consider reporting it to the support, faulty pods are replaced for free.
