What is the proper way to harvest a kale plant.

I hope you have found the answer by this time and successfully harvested the kale, but if anyone else is interested in this question let there be a reply…
We advise two ways of harvesting any edible green in our category
- Harvest in one go - just cut it by the stem and dispose of the plant pod and plant new! The best time to do it is around 35-55 days for the kale.
or - Gradual harvesting - make use of the bottom leaves, leaving the leaves on the top to grow bigger. The harvesting can be done until 55+ days. When finishing the plant pods act according to the first point.
