Do chives and parsley take longer to start?

I have a Click and Grow 9 and 3 I bought lettuce parsley basil and chives from a local seller of the pods. The basil and lettuce are already sprouting tiny leaves but parsley and chives show no sign of even the tiniest of growth. The pods are wet so water is accessible my wicks are completely new and I keep the light on on the regular cycle so I do not know what I am doing wrong
