Are you all letting the white cap stay on the pod with the lettuce.
Ore is the germination top and the white cap removed booth ?

The stuff I’ve read says to keep the white cap on to reduce mould and algae but I’ve been a little rebel and removed it and my lettuce have all done really well without.
