Brand new to click and grow. Very excited with the progress of all my seedlings but I am very confused with the growth on one of my pea pods. Looks very different from the others.

Yes, pea seeds are similar to chickpea and your dwarf pea is about to sprout, this is why it has become visible to you. 
Please find more plant care tips on the product page or timed tips and fun facts on the official Click and Grow app. Just register your garden and add plants to it.

The others are sprouting but the seed is not visible so I had nothing to compare.
So far it has been such a nice and easy experience. My little sprouts put a smile on my face every morning.
