They can help you with new pods.
Sometimes in nature this kind of thing happens and we can only adjust. Not germinating is a complex problem for many reasons, I’m not sure why this happened. But fear not, the other peas will give you a good yield.
If you want you can add your seeds to the ungerminated pods to experiment with these pods.
