Really sorry to hear that the pods did not sprout. Definitely let the support know about the faulty pods, those are usually replaced for free. There might be a little delay with replies.
My reply to you is probably a bit late, but a pro tip. You may try to use some of your own seeds to grow in those failing pods, it should have a good match for all edible greens.
