Hello, Debra Patterson here. My spouse gifted me the garden and we received early April. We installed everything April 2. While I’m quite happy with the lettuce, basil, and tomato plants that came with the unit, one of the pods never sprouted. Can this be replaced?

Please refer to the support and submit a request, faulty pods will be replaced for free. At the moment, there is a little delay in responding, but someone will get back to you very soon.
