I have two basil pods that were planted over a month ago and both look like this. Why aren’t they growing properly?

so sorry to see that your basil is not sprouting. It must be just faulty pods. Please contact support here and your pods will be replaced for free!
We would highly appreciate if you could also provide a production code e.g. R444, if you still have the package in your hands.
