Are all three pods like this and show no signs of germination, even after three weeks? Basil seeds are commonly covered with some gray slime right before germination, as yours are atm.
This belated germination is very odd, because Basil is the easiest plant to germinate and it usually sprouts in a week.
Definitely contact the support and they will replace your faulty pods for free.
