it seems that your pod has not germinated in time. How long has it been?
Please contact the support here and your faulty pod will be replaced for free.

I had this happen twice as well (out of approx 30 pods planted so far). It’s definitely dead. Didn’t know about the free replacement thing though, if it happens again I will also follow up with support!
@cwik, definitely let us know if pods fail to grow plants for you. Other than replacing pods, we also collect that data to improve our plant pods. Any feedback (also positive one) is always welcome!
