I have a 3 pod click and grow and successfully grew beautiful basil. Purchased one for a friend and bought refill of lettuce. Two look great spouting and growing the one closest to the light arm not growing t all. suggestions?

One of the reasons why only one lettuce does not germinate is there is no seed inside, that is a faulty pod or the seed has been sowed too deep. Have you tried pulling the pod apart and seeing what’s inside? Sometimes the seeds are there but something inhibits them from growing, which is another topic as it is still a faulty plant pod. We do offer a sprouting guarantee and replace ungerminated pods :). Please reach out to Click and Grow Support page and submit a request for a replacement.
