Seems like my basil germinated every seed in the tiny pocket. 
Do I need to thin out little bit, so they can grow stronger?

That is a beautiful germination rate! There is no need to thin your seedlings, but, for more stronger growth it is crucial to trim your plants and/or use correct harvesting technique. Once you trim your plants back- new shoots will emerge and plants will become even more bushier.
Also, it is recommended to download free Click and Grow app. Once you register your garden and add plants to it with the correct planting date- you’ll receive time tips on plant care (and harvesting) and some timed tips also come with how-to videos, such as the basil care video above.
