Hello! My subscription is going out very soon but the page for changing the plants in the shipment doesn’t work. I keep getting an error message and I’d really like to make sure I get new pods on this next shipment.
Hello! Please get in touch with Support regarding this, perhaps you could also forward a screenshot so they could see what error you are getting.
The page actually works today! I tried again yesterday and it was still having issues. But it works and everything is fixed.
