Without any action on my part, the timing cycle of my growlight has changed. We did not unplug and there was no power outage. How does this happen?

The lamp of a smart garden has a built-in timer for 16h ON cycle. Just try to unplug it and start again in the morning, it starts the new 16h cycle again.
If you have the BT lamp, just follow the instructions in the manual.
