The garden stopped working?

Hey, I got my garden yesterday, all was well. I planted a few herbs and filled woth water and it worked fine. This morning I woke up and the light wasn’t working, what happened? No one touched it and it’s plugged in and all.

Hi,

The lamp has a timer inside that keeps it 16h ON and 8h OFF. Try to unplug it for a few minutes and try again. If the lamp really has stopped functioning, please contact support and submit a ticket.

Is there a way to change the hours my garden has the lights on?

If you have the BT Smart Garden 9 you can download the free app and pair your phone with the lamp.

Some users of smart garden 3 and smart garden 9 have made a DIY solution by adding a smart plug to the socket.
This way they have shortened the lamp ON period for a few hours.
Shortening the time ON for a few hours probably would not cause severe growing problems, but uneven and leggy growth may appear if growing conditions require it, e.g. high temp and high humidity also increase the need for light. So, after adjustments, plants should be more carefully monitored.
