If this helps anyone, I used Dan Carlson’s Sonic Bloom to start my seedlings. I soak the seeds in little plastic shot glass sized containers for 8 hours, playing the music for them that is embedded with a special frequency, and the seeds are sprouted and ready to plant in the pods once the 8 hours are up. Other helps for my plants are small fans I got from Amazon, since I heard that exposing plants to some wind or breeze strengthens them. I certainly found this to help my plants! they seemed to love the breeze from the fans, especially on the highest setting!
I set the fans up at the level of the plants on old yoga blocks. That worked well.
These are the fans I got. They are USB rechargeable.
For Dan Carlson’s Sonic Bloom (the original developer of Sonic Bloom, not the later knock offs of the same product) here is the link: Sonic Bloom | Custom Made Speaker For Soil Stimulation & Other Products
The Sonic Bloom 2 oz kit would be sufficient for Click & Grow gardeners, and it comes with a CD with the music with the embedded frequency that seeds and plants like. It also comes with instructions for starting seedlings and making the weak solution needed for this. After the 8 hours soaking & music time, I would pour the solution with the seeds into the pods, put the clear plastic covers on and watch them daily to enjoy seeing them grow.
I hope some of you find this helpful!
