your lettuce actually looks fine, in a week or two you can start harvesting first outer leaves in “cut and come again” manner.
But, your tomato need thinning.

It was hard to thin…felt bad for the one I pulled out. Silly me.

don’t worry, it looks beautiful. The one you kept growing has now enough light, space and nutrients to grow.
