used lavender pods but for some reason the plants that are growing don’t look like lavender anyone have any ideas what they are

You’re absolutely right, it’s not a lavender plant. Sorry, but it must be a weed seed hiding with the lavender seeds there.
You can carefully pull those weed seedlings out of the pods. If needed pat the soil back into place. If you see any lavender seedlings emerging you can leave it as they are, just add a dome for a while.
