Plants not germinating

Hi,

I planted one basil plant, one strawberry and one cherry tomato plant about four weeks ago and only the basil plant has sprouted. I can see the very beginning of the cherry tomato plant and a few small leaves that have remained dormant on the strawberry plant. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

I too have planted basil and mini tomatoes. Because of the basil growth I had to use one light extender. There is no growth of the tomatoes! I’m wondering if this will affect their growth because the light is further away now. It’s been 4 weeks for me,
