I have 2 wicks that no longer transmit water. I’ve soaking, massaging, etc to no avail. I have been checking regularly for replacements and they have shown sold out for months now rendering 2 of my 9 cups worthless. Cup replacements also unavailable over same period. What’s up with that? Starting to regret my purchase.
