The taller stem looks dry; has it been watered enough? How does the soil feel like?
I’d advise cutting it back, leaving 4-6 leaves on the stem.
The lower stem (pictured on the left) doesn’t look that dry. It will probably survive.
You can try to cut the flowers back, making the plant grow bushier.
What’s the temperature there? And how much (sun)light does it get daily?
Also can you specify when it was repotted?
