Using the App

Hi there. I just installed the app, however I don’t seem able to login. I’ve double checked (and even reset) my password.

Has anyone else had a similar problem here?

Hi, did resetting a password help you? That should work nicely atm.

Unfortunately not. I suppose I’ll just keep to the desktop then! :slight_smile:

I had a similar problem but the other way around. I created an app profile before logging into the C&G website. From my experience it appears that the login credentials for the app and the browser site are not shared and require separate registrations.
