I harvest my argula on day 25. After harvesting, i find the leaves become soft. Is this natural? What should i do?
So the leaves you harvested became soft? In my experience if the leaves are left on the room temperature, they tend to loose crunchiness in a few hours, so it should be used up right after cutting. But, if I plan to use it later I just pack it into damp paper or sealed box/bag and place it to the fridge. This way Arugula lasts well for at least for 2 days upto a week (if there is any left by that time).
