New to this click and grow. How big should seedlings be before I take dome off. I can just barely see their beginnings.

Depends on the seedlings but it is safe to take the domes off by the 2nd week of growing. Some growers take the domes off if they notice a green speckle but it is safer to keep them on until you see them almost touching the dome.
