Anyone, in Singapore, has an issue with Black Pansy not sprouting? As been in the pod for 3 weeks and nothing is coming out. 
Also, Is there anyway to do an exchange for the defects?

indeed, in heat the germination of Black Pansy may be inhibited. I would give it another week… what is the temperature indoors exactly?
If you really have no luck, please contact support here. faulty pods will be replaced for free.
My room temp is about 33C inday time (it’s near to the window and outside can go as high as 35C) and evening is about 30C.
Ok I wait for awhile then. Black pansy is soooo pretty
