What are the bumps or dots on the tomatoe plant leaves
Difficult to say. It is not usual on C&G tomato, is it C&G Mini Tomato pod?
It might be an insect attack or just caused by environmental stress. It is probably just edema, that is not a serious plant disease and mostly does not affect yielding. It is mostly cause by overwatering.
It would be great if you could add a pic of the whole plant and tell if it has progressed during the last week. Then I can tell for sure.
