My SG3 light will turn on but not to full brightness gives off a very dim light

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm how old is your Smart garden 3? Are there currently any plants growing?
It would also be helpful if you could provide us pictures of the lamp. As soon as I have more information I am able to provide further assistance
