My light (garden 3) is failing to switch on. I have done the usual switch on and off, checked socket and plug. Reported to click and grow- no help offered other than discount for new one. I want to mend it- any thoughts ?

We are very sad to hear that the lamp on your Smart Herb Garden not longer switches on. Usually, it helps to leave the unit unplugged overnight and then trying a different socket to plug it in again.
However, if that’s to no avail, there is unfortunately nothing else to do as the product has been discontinued. Due to safety reasons, are are sadly not authorised to offer any suggestions regarding changing the LED bulbs.
