I’m not sure what’s happening, I tried different plants, Basil, Tomatoes, Peppers … I can’t never use them as they always seems diseased, please see the pictures.
I have two smartgarden 9 next to the kitchen sink, just by the windows.
Not sure what can I do really…

Your garden is infested with aphids. It is not the worst pest and it is feasible to get rid of it. One option is to discard your plants now, clean it up carefully, and possibly even take a little break. You can read about it more here.
Also, make sure that other plants at your house are not infested. It takes just one aphid to start a colony again and destroy your yield. Is the window opened, can they come back through window?
