French Marigold did not germinate at all

Hi I am very sorry and sad to post this - I had planted 2 French Marigold Pods in my Wall Farm on 17th Jan 2019. They have still not germinated.
Here is the picture I took -

Its more than 3 weeks since I have started them…

Do let me know what can be done… I can see the long - yellow color seeds though…

Please contact support about this matter and they will replace those faulty pods for free.
