Good crop of chillies but when will I know they are ready?

I have a very good crop of chillies but how will I know when to pick them?

I pollinated the flowers by finger virtually every third day. Worked very well.

Most chilies are ripe when they are fully red (or yellow).

What kind of chili are you growing? If possible, please also add a pic of your plants.

They look good and may need a couple of more weeks to become fully red and mature.

Meanwhile, you may remove debris and some of the leaves that are yellowing- removing some of the largest leaves also encourages the fruits to mature faster.
