Hello!
You are right, it is not a Click and Grow plant. I can guess it may be an Asarum europaeum, commonly known as asarabacca, or African Violet or something else. Not sure.
What plant pods did you plant? And did this plant grow from seed?
I advise contacting the Customer Experience/Support for a possible replacement.

Thanks Debora. I figured it out….It was my son who experimented with some seed and soil 
It managed to grow beautifully.
