Mould on Pok Choi?

Just received my Smart Garden 9 a few days ago and started planting almost immediately. I am delighted to see everything beginning to sprout in just one day, but am worried to see mould-like appearances on the base of some Pok Choi and Basil sprouts.

It’d be nice if someone more experienced can confirm if those mould-like furs are indeed mould or not, for if it is mould, I’ll have to go down to the nearest grocery store and get some cinnamon.

Hi @RaleighW,

If you are referring to the white thin hair near the seedling, don’t be alarmed, those are root hair and will help the plant to absorb nutrients.
