No response in a week from Click and Grow Support team

I’ve been trying to receive a response to my queries from your support team, and nobody seems to be getting back. I have now open multiple ticket in the hope that a notification may be made.

The pods have not been sent, and support has not resolved this issue.

I am quite worried about the status of my order as it has now been over a week and I’m 150$USD out of pocket!

yes someone contacted me and said someone will be in touch regarding my order “as soon as possible” but theres still been no change in the status of my order… it’s been 12 days now.
