I’ve planted pink petunias recently. And as it grows, I’m seeing a number of leaves with yellow mosaic patterns from all 3 pods. I keep cutting them off but they keep appearing. Could it be that the plants are infected? And if yes, does it spread?

it is unlikely that you would have an actual plant disease, it looks like nutrient deficiency to me. Also, petunia may show such signs if the water level is constantly too high in the water tank and the soil is too wet.
Do you have more petunias and if yes are those plant healthy looking?
