Hi,
I’ve recently started getting these white dots on the underside of mustard and wasabi greens, not sure if it is a fungus or some kind of insect?
(Ignore corn husk at the bottom which was also in the scraps pile)
Thanks in advance!

Hello!
These are likely whiteflies or white rust.
Now, time has passed by since you posted, but if it’s any help to others, then here are some solutions on how to get rid of these:
White flies:
* might be moving
* more white spots on other plants nearby
Insecticidal Soap:
Mix: Combine one cup of vegetable oil with one tablespoon of dish soap or pure castile soap.
Spray: Apply the solution to the affected areas, ensuring good coverage.
Repeat: Repeat as needed, especially if new bugs appear.
Neem Oil:
Mix: Combine neem oil with water and a mild dish soap (like castile soap).
Spray: Thoroughly spray the plant, paying attention to both the top and undersides of the leaves.
Repeat: Repeat the application every 7-14 days or as needed.
Rubbing Alcohol:
70% Isopropyl Alcohol: Use a solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Test: Before applying to the entire plant, test a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn’t cause leaf damage.
Apply: Soak a cotton ball in the alcohol and dab it on the bugs, or dilute the alcohol with water (1:1) and spray it on the plant.
Repeat: Repeat the treatment weekly if needed.
White rust:
comes off when touching it
has yellow spots on the leaf, where the whitish powder is*
Homemade solutions:
*
Baking Soda Spray: Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 liter of water and spray on affected plants.
Hydrogen Peroxide: Mix 3% hydrogen peroxide with water (half a cup to 3/4 cup per gallon) and spray.
