My yellow bell pepper plant seems to have black stem but otherthan this, the plant looks healthy and also has multiple fruits growing.
Therefore, I want to know whether I should be worry about the black stem? Thanks ahead

The plant looks healthy and I see no problems with it. Looks like you’ll get your harvest still. 
I see a slit/scar on the stem and probably high humidity has caused some of those cells to collapse. It is not the best thing to happen to a plant because it ** might** eventually spread all over the stem. Or it doesn’t and the plant grows well.
Check if the float is working properly. Sometimes Smart Garden 3s floats get filled with water and therefore don’t show the water level correctly.
