My pak Choi plant looks infested with pests !! How to fix this pls help!

Take the pods out and flush them with water.

You have an Aphid infestation. if you find a ladybird :beetle: around, bring it in. It will eat these. Other than that, @Seaserpent is correct, it’s best to spray them out with water.
When I get aphids on my plants, I need to to do it weekly, because they just come out of nothing and start growing (they clone themselves asexually) like crazy again.
