Hi, my mini yellow pepper plants have friut now. The plants are taller than the arm of the 9 hole garden. Will this be ok?

It is probably already as tall as it will grow, so just leave it as it is 
As it is a dwarf cultivar and fruits are nicely forming it is unlikely it would grow any taller than this.
