I’m growing basil, coriander and mini yellow tomatoes. The middle one was almost touching the light, is it ok to add the extension arm when the others aren’t?

They are looking good! Yep, it’s alright to add it as soon as possible. The lights work the best at this height, as if they are without extensions the excessive light can start to burn the small sprouts.
Don’t forget to leave only one tomato plant growing 
Just pull the extra seedling out soon.
