Transplant herbs

Can I transplant my herbs when well established? If so do I leave them in the pod?

Yes you can and you should leave them in the pot. If the roots are very tight carefully break them apart with your hands before transplanting. Official guide: Your Guide to Repotting Click & Grow Plants – Click & Grow EU
