I ordered from the parent company & got 9 wicks for $10, but shipping was almost $20! I can’t afford that shipping price. Where else can I find wicks? Amazon does’t have them
I did some digging around, and based on a post by an employee in late 2020, the things used to cost $1.95 for a 9-pack. It’s incredibly frustrating to see this kind of price increase, especially when you can find alternatives for so much less. I’d prefer to buy the official ones to avoid complications (water uptake concerns, fit in general), but at more than $1 per wick, I just can’t justify it.
C&G, please bring the price back to sane levels, and also offer larger quantities. We have to replace a number of them due to algae growing in one of our reservoirs.

I agree with this! $1 per wick is insane! It’s also not possible to add it to a subscription so we end up having to pay for shipping as well, essentially making it $2 per wick if we just need to buy one pack!!
